GOD

God's Revolutionary Church of Willing Seekers, Servants and Souldiers is committed to God and, therefore, is committed to the truth. Because the truth is so important to God, and because God's Revolutionary Church is about doing what is important to God, it is important here to say: with only our physical limitations, we cannot know if God exists.

Is this shocking to you?

In the physical sense, it is not possible, at this time, to prove God exists. However, it is possible for us, in the spiritual sense, to spiritually know God does exist. Now, to the person who only lives in the physical sense, this spiritual knowing does not make sense. We understand that, and respect the view of those who do not recognize the spiritual us, and realize that, to them, "spiritually knowing" is not knowing at all.

Of course, if God does exist, God could make himself visible and absolutely known in the physical sense. But, if he exists, he, at this time, chooses not to physically display himself. Luckily, the spiritual us is not limited to only the physical. We have the ability to communicate with God and receive confirmation of his existence through our relationship with him. Of course, this could be an over-active imagination or hocus-pocus but we who are spiritually inclined do not believe so. Instead, we believe we are just more spiritually in tune with a dimension that cannot yet be seen. Most of us, however, believe we have more than ample sensory evidence to confirm the existence of one we call God. Of course, understanding just who or what that is, with our physical limitations, is the quest we try to meet to the best of our ability. But this quest is a personal one, and is the reason many people may see God in a slightly or majorly different way. This is disturbing to many who want everyone else to believe just as they do, but our human nature and experiences guide us, often, to different conclusions.

At God's Revolutionary Church, we recognize the uniqueness of all individuals and understand God does not have to talk to me in the same way he talks to you. Of course, many people believe certain writings are either inspired or are directly written by God. God's Revolutionary Church seeks to learn, teach and know about God through the Scriptures of the Holy Bible. We do our best to live by our understanding of the God of the Bible. Still, our quest for the truth of all matters, and in our belief that God is the truth and cares that we live by that truth, it is important to acknowledge: just because we believe something is so, however, does not make it so. God will be who he wishes to be and will not have man define or limit him.

We find that this view is honest and allows others to see that we are not locked into beliefs that we would not change if we found good reason to do so, nor is it up to us to say our understanding of God is valid, but yours is not. This is NOT to say we are not firm in our beliefs, but, instead, is to say: with our life experience we have found good reason to believe and hope that the God of the Bible is real, and that we accept the Bible as the inspired word of God, given to us as instructions, to help us act in accordance to those words and commands in order to carry out God's plan for our individual lives.

It is understandable that there are some who do not experience such spiritual knowledge and confirmation of God, and with all good intention advise others that God, in reality, does not exist. For those who are so inclined, it is enough to say, whether or not God actually does exist, we choose to believe he does, and choose to live our life in accordance with what we believe God expects of us.

At God's Revolutionary Church, that belief is based not only on Scripture (of the Holy Bible) but, at times, even more so, on our personal life experiences, including our spiritual experience with God.

God chooses how and why he deals with us as human beings. He does not treat all people the same way. He requires more from some people than he requires from others. As seekers, servants, and souldiers of God, relying on the Holy Bible (as most Christians claim to do), we, primarily, address biblical truths, but often discuss the principles found in nature or other religions that share the same truth.

People, often, try to put God in their own little box, having him behave according to their wishes. Even the philosophical idea of God recognizes that to be God means an entity above or more powerful than all others. He is not subject to us, we are subject to him. We believe and preach this.

While the bible and church leaders are there to help us understand what God expects of us, we all must, ultimately, search the spirit of our soul to understand what God expects of each of us. We believe and suggest Scripture exists to help us do as God wishes us to do, and to be what God wishes us to be.

We, respectfully, invite you to explore the truth within our heart, and the truth we believe is contained in Holy Scripture, to see if it is the truth in which you, too, can believe.

WHAT DOES GOD WANT FROM US?

Modern Christianity often tends to substitute Christ (Or more specifically: Jesus) for God. In doing so, this often leads us to think that God is a meek, all forgiving, and, yes, somewhat weak character. Of course, none of this is true, even of Christ, who was anything but weak, and was audacious enough to confront the heads of church and state.

When talking to others, however, it is more typical to have people describe Christ as the eternal victim rather than the courageous, strong and loyal servant of God. But there is a great danger in making this substitution: Christ for God. This is so, because when we do, we forget the nature of God as exhibited, most often, in the Old Testament. Additionally, we tend to dismiss the very important power and vengeance of God. We, of course, would rather think of an all-forgiving individual, somewhat frail, almost feminine figure, who we should never fear and who is all-loving, and like-mom will often give us what we want even though we have recently misbehavied.

To most of us, that all-loving aspect allows us to think he couldn't or wouldn't possibly actually cause me harm, just because I did some things wrong and disobeyed. How self-deceptive this is, and very dangerous as well. Think, for a moment, how convenient this is.

THE REALITY IS, however, if we actually believe in the God of the Bible, there is good reason to remember God as an individual, who is over all, including Christ, and whose will, will be done, even by Christ; and who should be feared for our own good.

This is why we must not be deceived by those who substitute Christ (or Jesus) for God. The idea of the "Trinity" has developed into a multi-person God entity with all three possessing equal power, even though scripture tells us God is the head of all, including Christ.

1 Corinthians 11

3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

Both Christ and the Holy Spirit (the Spirit of Truth) are sent and given direction from God, whom they obey. The Trinity, instead, comprises three spiritual figures acting in cooperation to fulfill the wishes, demands and commands of God, the individual who we recognize as, and who scripture teaches us is, the Father — and God— of Christ.

The God over ALL, wants us, just as he wants all, including Christ and The Holy Ghost: to obey.

WHY DOES UNDERSTANDING THIS MATTER?

When we fail to understand that God is a firm, none "wishy-washy", fearsome, powerful individual who demands our obedience, who will absolutely punish those who refuse to take advantage of the opportunities he provides for us to learn and choose to do right, we are disregarding and discarding those opportunities at our own peril.

If, however, we do not allow ourselves to be deceived into thinking the meekness of Christ will win out over the power and will of God, we will value the fear we rightly should have of God, and will, hopefully, make better decisions to obey God according to the direction and example of Christ as he obeyed his, and our Father, God.

This is being said here because we have been lulled into a false sense of security. Almost never do you hear anyone talk about fearing God. Churches worship "Jesus" and forget about God, who directs him. This is a great mistake. Christ always taught that we are to obey God, his Father. He taught us to pray to whom? Him? No, to God, his and our Father.

I know the Old Testament is much longer than the New Testament, but it reminds us of the nature of God, who sent Christ to be our teacher and through whom whose sacrifice and ultimate display of obedience gives us the opportunity to wash away our sins by following his direction and example to obey God, thereby, then, making us acceptable to God.

Absent that obedience, God will punish us, and do so vigorously.

This is important, and the knowledge contained in the Old Testament is important because we see that when people collectively ignore the righteousness of God, we can see how God deals with those who ignore his commands. Numerous examples show God will bring such pain, misery, and suffering upon such people that they will eventually come back to him, as expressed time and again in the Bible. We can also see this in our human history. FEAR, unfortunately, often more than love, motivates us to do what God commands.

We, and our sons and daughters for generations, will pay (even here on earth) a horrific price if we continue to ignore God and continue in our individual and collective evil ways. If fear is the only thing we will respond to, understand that fear is the final means by which God provides the opportunity for us to finally learn his lesson and return to obedience to him, which is what he wants and what is best for us.

I WOULD FAIL IN MY DUTY TO YOU if I did not mention the current most grievous way we are displaying our individual and collective disregard and disobedience for God's commands.

The actions of the people of the United States of America, and others around the world, to use their resources, given to them by God, to destroy God's creations in the form of our children while still in the womb, has and will continue to bring greater and greater vengeance upon us from God. Any individual who even remotely knows and accepts the Bible as direction from God, deep down inside KNOWS, God will not allow this grave injustice to go unpunished.

Far greater than any other assault upon man from man, when the strong prey upon the weakest, most innocent of God's human creations, is it possible to even imagine that God will not avenge such brutality and disdain for his will? All but the mentally incapable, in their very soul, know and fear such vengeance will come.

This is precisely why it is vital to understand the difference between Christ and God as portrayed in the Bible. Do not confuse the patience or projected meekness of Christ for the power, strength and vengeance of God. Injustices against others is injustice against God; and God will have justice one way or the other. Christ endured injustice but God will not!

If modern man wishes to escape the vengeance of God, there is but one way this may be possible: To follow Christ's direction to cease doing wrong and obey God's commands. By doing so, you may receive forgiveness for all but the Unforgivable Sin, but are, then, bound to your commitment to continue to follow the Will of God.

What we call "abortion" is a test for man. Where do you stand? Opposing something but doing nothing, or even very little to stop it is not really to oppose it at all, and God, and you, know this. Our very salvation, and our country, government and worldly future rests upon whether we, individually and collectively, end this most unjust practice of abortion that defiantly tells God we will NOT do what he wants.

What does God want from us? He wants us to obey him by treating especially the most innocent of others as ourselves. Abortion is the number one injustice of humanity. Through it we do to others what we would have no man do to us. That is God's simple truth that we will not be able to justify to him, nor to ourselves when faced with the brutal honesty present when standing in the presence of God.

Let us know you want to change your ways of standing by while our nation allows and encourages the abortion of God's children, instead, email us by clicking: I'm ready to stand against abortion. And, to make sure your message gets through, send us a letter to God's Revolutionary Church, P.O. Box 1776, Buffalo, NY 14220, to let us know you are ready to stand up to defend God's will by standing up to help prevent the continuation of the destruction of his children. There is much that can be done. Don't believe those who say it cannot be stopped. God is on our side, but he requires us to follow his instructions for "legalized" abortions to cease.

Remember, the "O" God provides us the OPPORTUNITY to prove we will OBEY, but to do so we must follow his ORDER. Men must fulfill their obligations to God, as Adam should have, and not be deceived into disobeying God, who places men in authority over women. When women destroy God's children in the womb, expect that God will hold them responsible, but, make no mistake, because God has placed you in authority over women, you will be held even more responsible for allowing such obvious brutal injustice to continue.

To think we can stand by while God's human creations are intentionally slaughtered, being denied their continued human existence, and expect that God will ignore this is the height of self-deception.

Whether it is church leaders, our wives, our children, our officials who guide us, or try to push us, in the wrong direction, we men are given the OPPORTUNITY to know God's commands and if we fail to seek that knowledge and live by it, we will justly deserve what God has in store for us.

We know these are not words many want to read, but we know your soul and future depend on you knowing these truths, and so hope you know they are written in love.
